Every reading, number set, accumulator, decision tool and daily reading on this site is produced for entertainment and novelty purposes only. It is not advice of any kind — financial, legal, medical, relationship or otherwise.

Lottery draws, races and matches are random or unpredictable events. Nothing on this site improves your chance of winning, and we make no representation that any outcome will occur. You are solely responsible for any bet, ticket, stake or life decision you make. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

The site is for adults aged 18 or over only. By using it you confirm you are 18+. We may block access where we believe this is not the case. Free, confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org, GamStop.co.uk and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

You must give accurate details, keep your password secure and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can download your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your account page.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, attempt to scrape or overload it, or post unlawful or offensive content (for example on shared readings, invites or the leaderboard).

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. One-off readings are charged per purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Digital readings are delivered immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but by starting a reading straight away you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once the reading has been generated.

If something goes wrong — a reading fails to generate, you are charged twice, or a subscription is billed after you cancelled — email Accounts@cosmicoracle.live and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Some outbound links, including those on the offers page, are paid affiliate links and are marked #ad. If you sign up through them we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Offers, odds and terms are set by the operator, not by us, and can change without notice — always read the operator's own terms and wagering requirements. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or any dispute between you and them.

Race and fixture data is gathered from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm times, runners and teams with the official source before acting on anything shown here.

If you publish a streak, testimonial, invite or shared reading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. Keep it lawful and respectful; we may remove content at our discretion.

The name The Cosmic Oracle, the logo, the site design, text and the reading engine are owned by Benjamin Michael. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reproduce the site or its output commercially without written permission.

We aim to keep the site available but it is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from bets, tickets, stakes or decisions made in connection with the site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
