The Cosmic Oracle (cosmicoracle.live) is operated by Benjamin Michael, trading as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Benjamin Michael is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

For any privacy question, data request or complaint, email Accounts@cosmicoracle.live.

• Account details — your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), or your Google/Apple account identifier if you sign in that way.
• Reading details — the name, date of birth and, if you choose to add them, the optional time and place of birth and country you enter. These are used only to generate your readings.
• Purchase records — if you buy a reading or subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store your card number; we only keep a record that a payment succeeded.
• Leaderboard entries — only if you choose to publish a streak. Only the display name and streak numbers you publish are visible to others.
• Technical data — standard server logs and the choices you make in the 18+ / cookie notice.

• To create and run your account and generate readings — performance of a contract with you.
• To take payment and keep financial records — contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to understand how it is used — our legitimate interests.
• To store non-essential information on your device — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie and 18+ settings link in the footer.

Your birth details are used only to produce entertainment readings. We do not use them to infer health, religion or any other special-category information, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.

We use a small number of strictly necessary items: your 18+ and cookie choice (stored for the current browser session only), your sign-in session, and a local copy of the details you ask us to save so forms pre-fill for you. These are essential to the features you have asked for.

Clearing your browser storage, or signing out, removes them. You can re-open the 18+ and cookie notice at any time using the link in the footer.

Offers on this site are paid affiliate links, always labelled #ad. If you click through, the operator may set its own cookies and will process your data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We do not pass your personal details to operators.

We use trusted providers to run the service: our hosting and database provider, and Stripe for payments. They act as processors on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where that happens it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

Account and reading details are kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, they are erased immediately, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes (payment records, for six years).

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.

You can do the two main ones yourself, instantly, from your account page: download a copy of everything we hold, or permanently delete your account and all associated data. For anything else, email Accounts@cosmicoracle.live and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This site is strictly for people aged 18 or over and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email Accounts@cosmicoracle.live and we will delete it.

Readings, predictions and suggestions on this site are for entertainment. They do not improve your real chances of winning any lottery, race or match, and nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
